Acting as the data controller in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law numbered 6698 (hereinafter referred to as “KVKK”) and related regulations, Oğuz Erel Stil Consulting Ltd. Şti. (hereinafter referred to as “DCOM”) shall process, transfer, and maintain your data by taking all necessary technical and administrative measures within the scope of this Disclosure in accordance with the KVKK, Communique on the Fulfilment of Disclosure Obligations, other local laws, and theConstitution of the Republic of Turkey.This Disclosure Text is intended to notify who the data controller is, for what purposes and how your personal data is to be collected, the legal reason underlying our collection of your personal data, to whom and for what purposes your personal data is transferred, and what your rights as a data owner are within the scope of Article 11of the KVKK.


In addition to what is explained in this Disclosure, certain cookies are used in order to provide quality service to you, to improve our service and to fully fulfil the functions of the Website, from the moment you enter our website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”). Your personal data are collected and processed in automatic and compulsory ways as follows in order to prepare the contracts to be executed between you and DCOM at the time of placing product orders in accordance with the law, to deliver the products and to arrange the related documents on your behalf, and to fulfil the rights and obligations of the parties, while signing up to the

  • Data about IP Address, Website Login and Logout details, User Name and Password if you are a member, Traffic Details (e.g. Connection Time / Duration, etc.), are collected via cookies as per the “Cookie Policy”, in a way that will not be associated with you when you first enter the Website.You may read the detailed text in the Cookie Policy section. These data obtained under the Cookie Policy are not considered as personal data alone, but they are considered as personal data together with the information you provided when you subscribe to the Website that can identify you.Otherwise, this data collected anonymously only if you log in the site is not considered as personal data. If you become a member and associate your personal information with cookie information, the personal data shall be collected and processed by the website platform for the purposes of ensuring the security of your account, the correct performance of the services received, the security of the data controller operations, the security of the website and the member, the management of website billboards, and the execution of audit activities.
  • Your Name, Surname, Turkish Identity Number, E-Mail Address, Mobile Phone Number, and Address details, which are collected while you sign in our site or which are updated later, or by synchronizing using your Google, Facebook, Twitter, etc. social account, are collected and processed to ensure your distinctiveness in the membership system, not to be confused with other membership accounts, to provide special campaign services to members, to prepare contracts, to provide our pre-sales and after-sales services to the appropriate person, to confirm membership account (verification), to make a notification or to receive commercial electronic messages in the future by obtaining your express consent, to contact you for any problems or other situations, to intervene in membership recovery and related security questions
  • Invoice data shared by you for the products offered for sale on our website (e.g, name and surname, Turkish identity number, tax office, and address of individuals, and trade title, tax office, tax number, address of legal persons) are collected and processed in order to carry out accounting / financial transactions, provide after-sales support services, fulfil the responsibilities imposed by the relevant laws (tax law, etc.), and to identify the owner of any product If the product sold based on the invoices drawn with this information is a product for which the right of withdrawal is available

Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) states that your explicit consent must be obtained when collecting your personal data, but in some cases, this shared data can be processed and transferred without “explicit consent”. Personal data collected and processed within the scope of Article 1 of this Disclosure are necessarily collected within the scope of the reasons included in Article 5 of the KVKK. Accordingly your personal data can be processed based on the following legal reasons.


  • It is essential to obtain and share the information mentioned above pursuantto articles 5, 6, 8, 9 of the KVKK and other laws and regulations.
  • It is necessary to process your personal data because it is related to the establishment of a Membership Contract, Distance Sales Contracts, Preliminary Information Forms, the completion of after-sales services, and the fact that the parties must know and fulfil their obligations to each other.
  • It is necessary for DCOM to process personal data in order to fulfil its legal obligations as a seller and data controller under law.
  • It is essential to process your personal data for the legitimate interests of DCOM, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.

Turkish Personal Data Protection Law seeks the “express consent” of a data subject in order to transfer his/her personal data to others. However, as stated in the article 8 of the Law under the heading “Transfer of Personal Data”, it mentions that transfer can be made to others in cases where it is necessary without the need for your explicit consent. At DCOM, it can only be transferred in compulsory cases and as mentioned below.

  • Analyses made by visitors on the website are made anonymously. These analyses may use and process the information collected anonymously, share anonymous results, and disclose the same statistically anonymously. Your personal data cannot be directly shared with third parties against the intended purpose of use, or cannot be marketed for a fee or free of charge. It can only be transferred by the Data Controller and by the persons who are authorized by DCOM to fulfil the work or who are deemed appropriate by the legislation in order, in order to see the necessity of the work in question.
  • In order for us to carry out the services provided in accordance with the law and our legitimate interests, Lawyers and officers working for law firms that we consult with may access the personal data if necessary,
  • To transfer the necessary documents generated for the sales of products on the Website to other third parties from whom we obtain accounting / financial services,
  • In order for us to fulfil our legal obligations, the personal data may be transferred to regulatory and supervisory institutions, tax offices and other official institutions such as courts and enforcement offices and other public institutions or organizations which are authorized to request your personal data,
  • In order to complete our contractual obligations, the personal data may be transferred to service providers that we work with in the field of e-mail and telecommunication in order to deliver some products / goods or to communicate with customers / consumer,
  • In order to improve our website, to provide infrastructure and security, to solve the problems as soon as possible, to ensure data security and to provide you with better service, your personal data can be accessed compulsorily by our business partners from whom we receive service.

Your personal data collected by DCOM is never used for commercial purposes, sold or transferred abroad.

In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, you shall have the following rights:


1. To know whether personal data is processed,
2. To request information if personal data is processed,
3. To know the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose
4. To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred at home or abroad
5. To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
6. to request the deletion or destruction of the personal data pursuant to article 7 of theKVKK,
7. To request notification of the actions performed pursuant to paragraphs 5 and 6 above to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred,
8. To object to the occurrence of a result against the person himself by analysing the processed data exclusively through automated systems
9. To claim your damages in the event that your personal data has been processed unlawfully.


You can send your requests regarding your rights specified above to the e-mail address set out in the “Support” section of DCOM will finalize your request free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. If your application is finalized negatively, the justified reasons for rejection shall be sent to the e-mail address indicated in your application.


For any applications made by the relevant persons by e-mail in accordance with the “Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures of Application to the Data Controller”, the name and surname, Turkish identification number (passport number if the applicant is a foreigner), place of residence or workplace address for notification, e-mail address for notification, if any, telephone number and fax number of the person concerned, and information on the subject of the request must be submitted.


The data subject must clearly and understandably state the subject of the application, which shall includes explanation about the right he asks to use.


Although the subject of the request must be related to the applicant, if the applicant acts on behalf of someone else, the applicant must be specially authorized in this regard and this authority must be documented (e.g. special power of attorney). In addition, the application must contain identity and address details of the applicant, and the documents confirming the identity details must be attached to the application. Any requests made by unauthorized third parties on behalf of someone else will not be taken into consideration.
